Cookie Time Bakery

Hi! I'm Barbara Weniger, owner of Cookie Time Bakery. When I was growing up in South Dakota, my mother always baked cookies and I was eager to learn how to make them myself because I wanted to eat them, of course!

In 1991 I bought a small wholesale bakery and started with just a few recipes. Every year the business grew and in 1997 I opened our retail store. Now I have a wonderful staff that loves to eat cookies just like me!
